Media: When copying a video from Google Photos, the video never receives a thumbnail placeholder until you refresh #44813

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to a site that is on a plan that supports videos
  2. Go to the media library and go to Google Photos
  3. Select a video and copy it to your library
  4. Wait until the video is successfully uploaded

What I expected

Once copied, the video should have a placeholder thumbnail

What happened instead

The video stayed as a greybox placeholder with the name of the video file
