Notifications: Instagram block not rendered in notification's view #45132

Steps to reproduce

  1. Starting at URL: https://wordpress.com/read
  2. Open Notifications and locate a notification that includes a Instagram embed
  3. Click to open it

What I expected

I expected to see the embed's content — the Instagram post with it's photo and text, formatted nicely, similar to how it's shown in Reader:

What happened instead

Notice that the side panel doesn't display the content of the Instagram embed, you only see the post's text and a "View this post on Instagram" message (not clickable, you have to click the post's text below)

This is now a proper Instagram embed, but just the chrome – not sure when that happened (or where it's happening).
