Reader: Media & Text block content displays as a stack. #46294

All columns of a Media & Text block in the Reader will display as a single stack.

Reader changes for the sake of better block rendering needs further investigation; see paYKcK-KO-p2 for context.

Still reproducible and (on the surface) seems like a reasonably sized task to fix for a much improved UX.
