Focused Launch: modal is not working on Atomic Sites #47190

Currently blocked by https://github.com/Automattic/wp-calypso/issues/50394 since the Launch button is not even displayed for Atomic sites.

Create an atomic site (JN, or Business site with at least one plugin installed)
Edit a post
In the console, select the post.php window context, and type wp.data.dispatch('automattic/launch').openFocusedLaunch()
Modal should appear, but site name and domain picker are not showing. Site name is also not saved / persisted

removed [Type] Bug label since the feature is not yet in production for Atomic sites
