Focused Launch: useSite hook provides invalid site information if called by a user who don't own the site #47412

If you call useSite hook and expect to use isPaidPlan flag, you'll get the wrong result if you don't own the site in question. This might become an issue in places where Happiness Engineers use the app on behalf of the user.
