Manage Purchases: No Cancel & Refund option appears for Quick Start session sub #49336

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases
  2. Click on the Quick Start session subscription within 14 days from purchase

What I expected to happen

See Cancel & Refund option as explained in the "How do I get a refund for an unused session?" section in https://wordpress.com/support/quickstart-support/

What actually happened

No Cancel & Refund option appears:

Hi @hacchism! Thanks for reporting. I am not able to reproduce this. After purchasing a QS session, I can see the "Cancel and Refund" option: image

Is it possible for you to reproduce it again?

Actually, ignore that. On a non-a11n site with a new Support Session purchase, I do see the cancel and refund options for Support Sessions.
