@victorespigares: this sounds like it might be a nice consideration for multi-site plans.
There is probably room for some enhancements here. But the general use case should be achievable now, because you can have multiple administrators on a site, and administrators can own and buy upgrades (https://wordpress.com/support/user-roles/#administrator).
So it should be possible to have a separate WordPress.com account for the billing email address, have that account be an administrator on all sites, and have that account be responsible for owning and paying for all the subscriptions. Then all the billing emails will automatically go to it.
Given the available option, I'm going to mark this as low priority and track it in the backlog, unless @Automattic/martech wants to consider it for multi-site plans.

What A customer requests to enter a billing email which is separate from their user account email.
Why They work for a company which has multiple sites under the same account. They oversee the sites but do not handle billing. It would simplify things if they could make sure that all billing-related items went to the correct department without manual intre
