Jetpack Stats module does not appear correctly on WP Admin for Atomic sites #52301

Open serabi opened 3 years ago

serabi commented 3 years ago

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Go to a Business plan or higher site with plugins installed and load the WP Admin dashboard - i.e. siteurl.tld/wp-admin
  2. Make sure the Jetpack module is activated under Screen Options. You will see a blank space instead of stats.

Here are screenshots from two sites hosted at WordPress.com:

We checked both sites in Jetpack Debug and they had no issues.

However, if you load /wp-admin/ on a self-hosted site connected to WordPress.com with Jetpack, you do see the Jetpack stats module with no blank spaces. Example:

Hey @serabi !

I tested the websites above, and my own, and the stats appear to be back to normal. Can you confirm this is the same on your end please?

👋 @serabi, I can't reproduce it in my Atomic sites too. Possibly it had to do with the fact we have temporarily "deprecated" the stats page. Can you confirm it works on your side now?
