This is part of My Home Pod: Cleaning up My home Project thread My Home: show Woo App CTA if site is eCommerce and user does not already have the Woo App

Status: needs design

User facing acceptance criteria User has signed up their site as an eCommerce plan When they land in My Home and we know they have not dowloaded the Woo App Then the user sees the Woo App CTA

Figuring we need to know how to flag if the user has the app or not? I mentioned in #52995 that we might be able to see what oAuth connections a user has - as a way of knowing if the user has the app installed/connected?
