FSE: Error Installing WooCommerce Plugin After Site Creation #52980

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Created site from https://horizon.wordpress.com/new?flags=gutenboarding/site-editor
  2. Attempt to Install the WooCommerce plugin.
  3. See error "An error occurred while installing WooCommerce":

What I expected to happen

The plugin would be installed as expected.

What actually happened

After a few attempts with the same error, I checked in CLI and the plugin was installed and active.

Context

Testing the FSE flows.

Browser / OS version

Chrome 90, macOS 10.15.7

I was able to recreate this in my testing. The plugin appeared as installed only after refreshing the page.
