My Plan: Priority Support card allows chat for ineligible monthly plans #53874

Monthly Business and eCommerce users should not have access to live chat support. This is correctly handled on https://wordpress.com/help/contact, but the Priority Support card at https://wordpress.com/plans/my-plan/ opens Happychat directly and does not respect the plan support access. This only seems to occur on Business and eCommerce, with Premium opening https://wordpress.com/help/contact directly.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

On a site with a monthly Business or eCommerce subscription

  1. Go to https://wordpress.com/plans/my-plan/
  2. Click on Ask a question on the Priority Support card
  3. Note Happychat opens

What I expected to happen

To be linked to https://wordpress.com/help/contact like on other plans without chat

Live chat opened

Level of impact (Does it block purchases? Does it affect more than just one site?)

All monthly Business/eCommerce users can access chat from this path when they should not have access. I am not sure if we have stats on how many instances, but I noticed after have two in an hour chat shift.

Reproducibility (Consistent, Intermittent) Leave empty for consistent.
