Classic Block Gallery: longer caption cut

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Create Classic Block with Gallery Inside e.g. tiled one
2. Insert loner caption for images e.g. "One wall of the Visitor Center’s entrance gallery displays a selection of artifacts from the museum’s diverse collections. A printed key tells you what everything is."
3. Click on the image
4. Caption is cut https://d.pr/i/8zgwEH (also in post view https://d.pr/i/n00EES , on hover - but maybe this is on purpose?)
5. Caption are also not visible on mobile - is this or purpose?

I tested on an Atomic site using Twenty Twenty-One. The caption is definitely cut off on hover:

But not when I click on the image:

Closing the ticket here: 4186148-zen. A new ticket will need to be created to follow up with the user once the issue is fixed.
