Blog Posts Block when set to Projects will not accept Project tags for filtering

Steps to Reproduce

Had a user trying to use Blog Posts Block to show some projects on their main page, but when they set it up and tried to add the tag they had put on the projects they wished to show, it would not add and would not show those projects. I confirmed this on the user's site, and also on my test site.

1. Create some portfolio projects and add a tag to them
2. Start a page and add the blog posts block and set for CPT Projects
3. Enter the tag you added to the created project

The tag will not add (blanks), and the block will show no posts.

Hoping that for CPT Projects, that the tags and categories can be modified to allow project types and project tags to be entered and filter the list of posts that show in the Blog Posts Block. It may also be advantageous, if the CPT is set to project, that Category in the block settings/info panel changes to Type.
