Loading after choosing a design takes a long time (this seems intermittent though, sometimes it's quite fast)
Loading between choosing "free" and getting to the design picker takes a long time pdgK6S-7f-p2#comment-218 <-- ideas here about why it's taking so long
Show all themes with the auto-loading and recommended tag in the Design Picker (this change will also apply to /new, but remember not to break AnchorFM)
