Revisions: Add Visual/Code editor views #56839

What

While I was debugging a post revisions case, I noticed the Unified view which became really hard to track.

Why

The editor markup can be problematic for newer users to compare the new and previous content, especially if they are not familiar with the blocks markup.

How

In my view, adding the options right above the Simple and Unified following a similar design should help tremendously.

Another method that might work would be to have the new content highlighted and the old one crossed, similar to Google Docs.
