Plugins List: Fix the translations on the Plugins page #57743

There are some issues on the plugins list page:

  1. “Try searching ‘ecommerce’” .
  2. ‘Featured’ section and other section labels often have nonsensical translations like (‘Introduced’ or ‘Bookmarked’).

@dlind1 it seems that all texts are translated. Can you confirm?

The modal and the new strings were translated in https://translate.wordpress.com/deliverables/overview/6940457/ and https://translate.wordpress.com/deliverables/overview/6944850/. The 'Featured' labels still have some bad translations, so I'll reject the current ones for them to be retranslated.

All translations are ready. There is a small issue with the announcement modal not expanding with the content, which is handled in 348-gh-Automattic/i18n-issues
