Quick summary

User reported they have received duplicate email notifications when someone 'Likes' their posts.

Steps to reproduce

I was not able to reproduce. But can see the email notifications from Logstash.

What you expected to happen

Expected only one email to be sent out when user received a like to a blog post.

What actually happened

Duplicate emails were sent out. Annotation on 2022-02-13 at 17-11-00(1)

I have reviewed this and I wasn't able to replicate it, but we need to know more. Similar to this case we need to know how the users are liking the posts.

Are the users liking through the website first and later through the Reader?

I'm asking mainly because the times of the notifications are not the same and there are no other widgets that I can see to influence this behavior.
