Adds support for Instagram Reel permalinks to be used as embedded content using Latest Instagram Posts Block.

The functionality has already been added to Instagram block, so individual reels can be added.

However using the Latest Instagram Posts block skips these reels altogether.

If possible ( I know there are restrictions Meta places on their API's ) I think this would be a great addition!
