[Bug]: 'Learn more' links throughout Calypso are WordPress.com specific - confusing for Jetpack-connected sites #65078

Quick summary

Clicking on 'Learn More' via specific pages throughout Calypso can lead to pages with WordPress.com specific information.

These appear to be copies of corresponding WordPress.com support documents as they also link to them. This generally seems to be fine, except where plan / WordPress.com specific information is included.

Steps to reproduce

Some pages where this is an issue:

What you expected to happen

If the best option is to display the WordPress.com support page content, would it be possible to include a disclaimer for Jetpack-connected sites to explain that the content is WordPress.com specific (where needed)? The main example of where this would make more sense is the Performance settings page, which suggests that some of the sections are only available if you have a WordPress.com Pro plan.

Here is a screenshot of part of that page:

What actually happened

The content is WordPress.com specific.
