VideoPress privacy setting on a simple site not working. #65916

Quick summary

Video file privacy setting on a simple site doesn't do anything. Video has the same privacy as the site.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Set a simple site private
  2. Upload video and set it public
  3. Go to a video link

*Or the other way around:

  1. Set a simple site public
  2. Upload video and set it private
  3. Go to a video link

What you expected to happen

Video displays according to the video file setting.

What actually happened

Video has the site privacy setting.

@jamiepalatnik I did it from Media, in our docs it says that both options are ok and also that video file privacy follows the site privacy only if set to " site default": https://wordpress.com/support/videopress/#private-videos

Able to reproduce this issue. Leaving normal priority, as Privacy issues are important.
