Mobile: Cannot scroll through Blocks, Patterns or Reusable Blocks #70688

Quick summary

If you use the editor on a Mobile Browser, you won't be able to scroll through the Blocks, Patterns or Reusable Blocks section. This is specific to WordPress.com and works fine on self-hosted sites.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open WordPress.com on a mobile device
  2. Try to create a page on a WordPress.com site
  3. Open the Blocks page, and try to scroll through it

What you expected to happen

You should be able to scroll through it, similar to how it works on a self-hosted site:
