Confirmed this bug, and recommend the theme Muscat for testing. Leaving Normal due to impact.
It could be related to the version of Gutenberg plugin, and it seems that on the version 14.8 will be fixed if I'm not wrong: https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/46544
