Reader: Deleted posts still appear from AT sites

Posts that are deleted from a site aren't being removed from the Reader feed after they're deleted when the site is Atomic. On Simple sites, the post is removed immediately.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open your AT site's Reader page
2. Delete a post that is on your site
3. Refresh the page

What you expected to happen

The post would no longer appear, the same way it's removed on Simple sites

What actually happened

The posts still show in the feed, and the content is still available in the Reader -- clicking through to the site shows a 404, though, as expected

Additionally, using the Reader tool to refresh the feed didn't remove the posts that are not on the site any longer.
