Stats: Request design feedback for Insights page

@grzegorz-cp, what adjustments do we want to make with this task?

I was hoping we'll get a complete design review of the insights page and put the findings here. From my perspective, at least those areas need feedback:

• tags and categories component (mainly collapsible rows and children)
• module headers and sub headers with column names
• if we should update the toggle control (now it is the same as total views from all-time insights, not like in the design)
• CSS for the links in the Subscribers module (it's like in the designs, but it was raised that maybe it shouldn't be underlined)
• if we need to apply social media icons for Shares
