It would be great to have some kind of feature in-product (either in the editor, or My Home/Calypso) that informed users of new features that may affect the way they use the site.
This could be the addition of features (like the Help Center, or additional Gutenberg Blocks, or Blaze) or changes to existing functionality that they might run into (like deprecation of features, movement of Editor UI functionality etc).
Why
This has potential to be useful on two fronts:
Help users oncover new features and start using them
Pre-warn users of ocassions where we have 'moved the cheese' and they're not sure where/how to do things they did previously.
How
I'm open to specific application of how to do this - but wanted to reference this ongoing discussion.
