Provide a toggle on the "additional CSS" section of the customizer to select if the CSS has to be embedded on each page/post or added in an external file that would be loaded by the pages/posts.
Why
This would avoid warnings on bing and Google Lighthouse
How
A toggle at the top/bottom of that section could achieve that.
