My Plan: No bottom padding/margin

Quick summary

When browsing today, I noticed that there was no bottom padding/margin when viewing the "My Plan" page.

The issue is that at > 1401 px, we're applying a padding-bottom: 0;

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://wordpress.com/plans/my-plan/$site_slug
2. Scroll to bottom of page
3. Start below 1401px and verify padding on bottom
4. Widen above 1401px and verify no padding

• Replicated just as described. At 1400px width, the bottom padding of the My Plan page is present, and then it's removed wider than that.
