Feature Request: Opt-out, option to send, or encrypt chat transcripts

What

I am requesting a feature to opt out from email chat transcripts:

• Opt-out of all chat transcript emails (from Account → Notification Settings)
• Option to encrypt chat transcript emails
• Option to not send chat transcripts at the end of a chat

Why

A user is concerned about the need for encryption for chat transcript emails and wants to prevent them from being sent.
