Display Jetpack sync status in the Jetpack dashboard #78037

What

I want to display the Jetpack sync status on the Jetpack → Dashboard, Jetpack → Backup, or Jetpack → Activity Logs screen/s. This will reflect the same "Jetpack is performing a full sync of your site. Current Progress: ## %" line from WP CLI, and maybe with a progress bar, similar to performing a restore from Jetpack Backup.

Why

This is to help users who are resubscribed to a WordPress.com Hosting plan understand their site is still syncing, instead of displaying a persistent "Reconnect Jetpack" in the Jetpack → Backup screen.
