The design spec calls for hiding the left/right navigation arrows if the chart is a single data point.
In my testing, the arrows are not very useful so maybe we could consider hiding them altogether? There presence exposes a bug in which we can scroll the selection out of the chart bounds do to screen size. If we hide them that bug goes away.
