When testing the Help Center, I minimized it and didn't notice it at the bottom of the page. So, I clicked the ? again to try to reopen. That first click appeared to do nothing, (because it actually closed the minimized help center bar at the bottom of the screen, which I hadn't noticed). Upon reopening the Help Center, I have to start back at the beginning of the menu.
