Stats: Remove Store stats #88001

Store Stats was launched ~7 years ago to support Store functionalities on WPCOM. As of today, we only have ~200 visitors everyday. The tab is only available for site with WooCommerce installed.

We've linked the Store Stats tab in Odyssey Stats(Jetpack Stats within WP-Admin) to Woo Analytics Overview page within WP-Admin for all Jetpack sites, including Atomic sites thru: https://github.com/Automattic/wp-calypso/pull/87370

Let's also remove Store Stats from Jetpack Stats to reduce the maintenance burden and fully embrace Woo Analytics. We might consider link the tab to Woo Analytics for Calypso too.
