Stats: Support linking to UTM combination #89187

It doesn’t support deep linking to the selected UTM metric type (Source/Medium vs Campaign/Source/Medium).

My impression was that it is about the summary page, not the UTM module on the Traffic page. The original discussion is on Slack: p1711560901855869-slack-C82FZ5T4G. Looking at the discussion again, we seemed to talk about the Traffic page.

@jsnmoon could you help clarify please? I'm not sure it's a good idea to support linking on the Traffic page, as UTM is only part of the page. I'm wondering tho, whether it makes sense to remember user's choice... 🤔
