Feature Request: Move Deleted Sites to a Separate Tab and Out of the Production Active Sites List #91214

Open ash1eygrace opened 4 months ago

What

Currently, deleted sites appear in the default sites list with an option to restore them. It would be beneficial to have the ability to permanently delete them from this list or, but the very least, separate them from active and live production sites. image

Why

When I delete a site, it usually means I don't want to see it anymore. Keeping deleted sites in the default list creates clutter and can be confusing when managing active sites.

How

Create a new tab labeled "Archived" or "Trash" and move deleted sites to this new list. This would function similarly to how deleted posts and pages are handled, maintaining a familiar user experience. For example:

Delete a site > it is moved to a deleted sites list with a notice indicating when it will be permanently deleted or an option to permanently delete it from this screen.
