PHPMyAdmin missing "Overhead" and "Size" columns #91598

Quick summary

In other hostings, we can see "Overhead" and "Size" columns in PHPMyAdmin

phpmyadmind normal

These two columns are missing in dotcom's PHPMyAdmin

Unless we have a reason not to, we should display them too.
