Publish Post hidden by toolbar on safari mobile browser

When trying to publish a post on a mobile device using the safari browser (not Jetpack mobile app), the publish post appears to be hidden by the toolbar as seen in this screen recording:

Steps to reproduce

1. Log into wp.com account on mobile device using Safari mobile browser
2. Create and try to publish a post

What you expected to happen

The option to publish a post would be visible.

What actually happened

It's hidden by the top toolbar and can't be selected. See screen recording.

Hi @jartes ! Sorry, I should've included that info. I'm using an iPhone 14 Pro and iOS 17.5.1 (which I believe is the current version). May just be specific to this phone model then.

I've received reports from two users experiencing this issue, so I am re-opening it for further investigation.

When I attempted to replicate the problem, it occurred only the first time and I could not reproduce it again. For reference, I am using an Android phone with the Chrome browser.
