Email newsletter template: Improve footer with CTAs

Update the email newsletter template so that it doesn't feel like a marketing email:

Idea 1: Simplifies the current footer, removing the social network icons an adding clear CTA to get the app https://jetpack.com/mobile/ and to start a Newsletter https://wordpress.com/newsletter/.
Idea 2: An even more simplified approach

@simison which version do you think we should implement? I'm leaning towards Idea 2, but adding the site icon to "add more branding".

Also, do you imagine this in the Site Editor (Template) or a toggle in Newsletter Settings?

@crisbusquets I think the idea 2 is better basis, but I have further suggestions so I'd like to see couple more variations:

Can the APP CTA be something that better suggests to Readers why they'd download the app? "Read with Jetpack app" perhaps? "Get the Jetpack app" works fine too otherwise.
Address is the least important, legal detail. Let's move it to be the last thing they see.
Let's add "Jetpack Newsletters" branding somewhere visible, big enough to be noticeable but not too annoying. Could be under app badges or right-aligned in the footer. I like how inviting "Start newsletter" is but it lacks our branding; I don't know if there's a way to connect the branding and "start newsletter" nudges? Having both feels too much.
Did you try center-aligning the footer contents?
Let's turn "unsubscribe" into a link as we'll make that happen too.

Removing branding should first be toggle in the Settings, but later once we turn the whole template into block template, we can allow people move stuff around freely in the editor.

What should the "Remove branding" (as a paid feature) hide? Just the Jetpack logo, or also app-nudge?
