Billing Emails: Include a downloadable PDF version

What

Our invoices are included in the email's body but are not provided as separate PDF files.

This can cause frustration:

I just want a monthly PDF invoice / receipt email. Not the useless email embedded version. Please come back to me with a proper solution. This is really a very basic thing.

Why

Users often need to share/forward PDF versions of their invoices to other people or upload them to their accounting applications. They can of course "print as PDF" the email itself but it is not as straightforward and a lot of people do not know how to do this or are on mobile devices that do not allow for this.

How

Include an option in our emails to download a PDF version. This PDF could be created on the flye (upon demand) to avoid the overhead of storing and sending these files to everyone.
