Quick summary

We recently worked on where links open in In #93086 but that was to ensure support doc links open in Help Center versus non-doc links in support docs.

What you expected to happen
The linked page to open in the same tab with Help Center still open so I can continue following it.
What actually happened
It opened in a new tab, making it harder to follow documentation

Yes, easy to implement

It's possible to work on Calypso in multiple tabs, but not as smooth as it could be.
