Plugins Marketplace: Filter carousel is difficult to navigate #93585

Description

When comparing to Squarespace/Wix Templates, the filters in the Plugins Marketplace feel long and difficult to navigate. It's also easy to accidentally click on a filter when navigating the carousel.

@javierarce is this something we should consider refining, or should we close this one out?

Perhaps we could explore removing the carousel and using the same static solution we have on the Themes page.

A different solution, more in line with the other competitors would require a substantial amount of work and I think it's better if we put the effort into other issues.

Moving this to Projects needing shaping. This seems like it could be part of a larger effort to redesign the plugins section.
