Maybe we could make the persistent banner dismissable?
What
We have too many modals and notices in the Preview & Customize experience.
When entering the experience, users will be greeted by the following modal.
When they enter edit mode, users will see the banner and possibly the Welcome Tour if it's their first time in the Editor.
There are too many elements on screen demanding user's attention. Consider removing the "You're previewing" modal in favor of a notice in the sidebar, with guidance to the Help Center for more information.
