Steps to reproduce
Using an FSE theme, create a new blog post. Ensure that sharing buttons (e.g. Facebook) are turned on under Tools → Marketing → Sharing Buttons: https://wordpress.com/marketing/sharing-buttons/
Note: in my specific instances, the single post template was edited, however that didn't seem to be a problem earlier when creating these sites.
