Improve the /themes copy for Commerce Trial plans

Improve the copy so that it is consistent with our Support docs, or at least not contradict it.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://wordpress.com/ecommerce/
2. Press Get Started and proceed all the way through the flow
3. Go to wordpress.com/themes/:siteSlug
4. Notice that it displays an Upgrade badge saying you need at least a Commerce plan for Partner and Community themes

What you expected to happen

The copy doesn't contradict Support Docs. Perhaps something like:

Partner

This theme costs XXX per year or XXX per month and can be purchased after <Link>upgrading the Trial plan</Link>.

Community

This theme can be installed after <Link>upgrading the Trial plan</Link>.

The above copy has not been reviewed yet.

What actually happened

The copy an be misleading users to think that the theme is only available when you have the Commerce plan, but in reality you can still get it on a Business plan.

Context: I deleted the comment from SAMBILI because it felt like spam, with a mega.co.nz link to download something suspicious.
