Assembler Theme - No Background Color Setting for Heading Block #94928

Quick summary

On the Assembler theme, the Heading block does not have the Background color option in the sidebar.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Switch to Assembler Theme
  2. Add Heading block and open styles in the block settings. No background option will be available.

What you expected to happen

Background color will be available in the Styles tab in the sidebar, as on other themes.
