Likes and comments - default gravatar placeholder mismatch

Notice on the site front end on a blog post, when liking and commenting on a post with an account that has not set a gravatar, the placeholders for the gravatar are different between likes and comments:

Once a gravatar image is set, these are the same. We should expect these to use the same placeholder as well.

To Repro:

• Go to a blog post that allows likes and comments, logged into an account without a gravatar set.
• Like the post.
• Notice the placeholders for the gravatar between the likes list and comment form are different.
