Staging Sites: expand options to sync Staging > Production #95281

What

To allow syncing only some parts of the Staging site to the Production site. Like only some Pages or some Posts.

Why

In the case where they made changes on the production page that they don't want to overwrite with a database sync, or if they are still working on the staging site but some content needs to be deployed before the rest.

How

We can add something like a "more options" area in the sync section: Image

@inaikem We have a project issue for Staging Sites Improvements https://github.com/Automattic/dotcom-forge/issues/7467, I'll remove this issue from the One Board and track this as a sub-issue for that project. Note that that the Staging Sites Improvements project hasn't been prioritized, it currently sits in our "Opportunity Inbox" column.
