Untangle site-specific Calypso-only screens #95588

Some site-specific screens only exist in Calypso, and should be eventually ported to wp-admin.

Examples:

The first step should be to audit all of these screens to ensure all of them are captured.

Podcasting as a feature should move to Jetpack. cc @p3ob7o @mtias , is it worth tracking it on the Jetpack side under the untangling roadmap or should this be on Dotcom teams?

For Newsletters, we already have a duplicate in Jetpack/wp-admin under Jetpack settings, but the Dotcom team working on that didn't get the Jetpack Settings screens work on simple sites.

We'll implement a new dashboard in Jetpack/wp-admin, which will also be for WP.com customers:

Excellent news, @simison!

I'll add https://github.com/Automattic/jetpack-roadmap/issues/1877 (which AFAICS is the new canonical tracking issue) to the CtD board assigned to Jetpack. And, let's wait to see where Podcasting lands before closing this issue.
