Replace "My Mailboxes" admin menu item #95623

Remove the "My Mailboxes" wordpress.com/mailboxes menu item in Calypso and WordPress admin, as it is already replicated as the Email sub-menu item under Upgrades (simple sites) and under the Hosting menu item (atomic sites).

As a follow-up email inboxes should be clearly accessible from the Global Sites View as well.

I don't see any blockers for this. Let's remove the My Mailboxes menu item for new users, as recommended!
