In https://github.com/Automattic/wp-calypso/pull/96321,

We realized that we did not work on the design for the Email me a login link page, as it’s not available in Figma. Since the functionality is essentially the same as the main form, we've temporarily disabled it.

Please consult with Veronica and re-enable the page if necessary.
