Move Google Analytics form to Marketing -> Traffic for Classic-view sites

Currently, the Google Analytics form live differently for different sites:

Simple Default, Simple Classic, Atomic Default	Atomic Classic
Marketing -> Traffic	Marketing -> Connections

This is because in Atomic Classic, we redirect the settings to Jetpack.

Let's move the Google Analytics form to the Traffic subtab in all cases to maintain consistency:

Don't forget to make sure that the link in /wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack#/traffic points to the correct one. I think the redirection in set up in Calypso/some Jetpack redirection tool somewhere (need to check)
